Cancellation and return

Defective items, damage or receipt of incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. We grant a deadline of 14 days after receipt of the goods. We can only take back defective items if they are unused. If the goods have been used despite the defect, we can no longer take the item back.

Exceptions / disposable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items. Leashes and collars of any kind that are custom-made cannot be taken back. There is no right of return here.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange of items
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after accepting the return.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. The amount will then be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
