RETURNS & SHIPPING
Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis with the aim of making our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods, which are inspected to ensure customers are satisfied with them. Every request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe that if we treat our customers equally and with respect, they will be fair and courteous to us.

LINEN AND OTHER EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges for linen etc. ordered online. However, if you have a problem with your items, please contact us at info@ bellousya.com to discuss how we can resolve your issue. We are always happy to help you!
DEFECTIVE GOODS
Our goal is to do everything right the first time. That's why we check every product 3-4 times during our quality control process. If you feel that you have received a faulty product , please contact us at info@bellousya.com with your order number and a photo of the product in question to begin a conversation about how we can resolve the issue.
DELIVERY TIMES
Update: Due to Covid-19, there may be a delay in your order. Our delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They are always given in working days (excluding weekends/holidays.)

GERMAN ORDERS
Bellousya will ship your order via DHL (unless your shipping method states otherwise). This can take between 3-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
EU ORDERS
Bellousya ships your order with DHL. This can take between 10-21 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Bellousya ships your order with DHL as Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise specified in the shipping method). This can take between 15-21 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) depending on your location. Customs duties may apply which are not controlled by Bellousya but depend on your country.
